We are located in the wonderful Tri-City area of the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, Canada. We are conveniently located off Como Lake Avenue, 30 seconds to a bus stop, 3 minutes bus ride to a Skytrain station, and a 5 minute walk to Como Lake, gas station, and groceries. 

We have available a beautiful semi-basement 1 bedroom + den unit for your stay. The bedroom has a king-size bed while a sofa bed could be made available. You will also have your own separate entrance. Parking is also available. Full-size washer and dryer right in the unit.
