We only provide short term accommodation for 91 consecutive days or longer (generally up to 10 months). We do not provide or accept bookings for 90 days or less.

We accept e-transfer, wire transfer, and cash.
Cancellation
Cancellation
For a 100% refund, you must email us your cancellation notice at least 45 days before the first day of your booking with us. If you cancel your booking within 45 days of the first day of your booking, your refund, if any, will be subject to whether we receive a new booking for those days you booked.
Pets
Pets
No pets are permitted at our accommodations unless our consent in writing if first obtained. If you bring your pet(s) to our accommodation without our prior consent, we will not permit you and your pets to occupy the premise and you will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Quiet Hours and Party
Quiet Hours and Party
Our properties are in quiet residential neighborhoods so we have a quiet hours policy between 9:30 pm and 7:00 a.m. While we do not prohibit you bringing guests to your accommodations, excessive number of guests and/or noises are not permitted.
Smoking, Vaping, and Drugs
Smoking, Vaping, and Drugs
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drugs on our properties whether inside your accommodation unit, the driveway, the yard, or anywhere on the property. If we find you smoking, vaping, or doing drugs on our properties, it will result in the immediate termination of your stay with us and you will be subject to our cancellation policy.
